After that, we will take a 1 or 2-day on/off-site workshop with your mid and senior-level managers to assess your AI readiness and impact at a team, function, and organization level.

At the end of the activity, you will have a detailed list of AI projects many of which you will able to carry out with your own team and at a very low cost.

Together, we will also develop the guidelines on how to take pilots and scale up or down the initiatives based on the evaluated ROI.
